I started Just Effie because I’ve been there—I know what it’s like to feel bogged down by tech, especially when you’re passionate about making a difference. After 25 years in tech and launching my own wellness coaching business and digital health consulting business, I watched colleagues and friends struggle with tech decisions and business setup. It was clear there needed to be a space focused on simplicity, one that would help people out through the noise and feel confident in their decision.
At Just Effie, we focus on keeping things simple, healthy, and totally doable. Here, I blend my tech expertise with Tiny Habits® coaching to offer a balanced, practical approach for solopreneurs who want to build sustainable habits without getting overwhelmed.

Outside of tech and coaching, I love being outdoors, whether it’s enjoying a walk in my neighborhood or going on hiking adventures with my husband. This year, we tackled the West Highland Way in Scotland—an unforgettable eight days of trails and breathtaking views!
